Cancelation Policy

A client may cancel or reschedule their appointment for no additional fee if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If the client cancels their scheduled appointment within the notice period, the client will not be refunded their pre-paid amount.

If the client does not attend their scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the appointment's start time for 30- and 60-minute sessions (or 5 minutes for 15-minute sessions), they are considered a no-show. The client will not be refunded their pre-paid amount.
